1. What kind of programs do you offer?
We offer 14-day and 28-day burnout recovery and prevention retreats utilizing our unique and holistic combination of exercise, healthy nutrition, spiritual environment, and a wide range of holistic therapies. We focus on the mind, body, and soul.
2. What are the qualifications of your staff?
All our staff members are experienced and fully accredited within their respective fields. They also have a personal understanding of the difficulties we address. Our team is passionate about our mission and have the life experience to steer you back on course.

3. Is the program medically supervised?
Our programs do not involve clinical treatment and are not medically supervised. Participants requiring medical support must arrange this independently. We collaborate with relevant medical organizations as advised.

4. How do you tailor the program to individual needs?
After a free consultation, our founder and team leaders customize activities based on client preferences and capabilities. Each program is unique, ensuring individuals are challenged yet comfortable throughout.

5. What therapies and treatments are included?
In addition to daily exercise, we offer life and mindset coaching with therapies such as CBT, NLP, BWRT, and hypnotherapy. Meditation, floatation therapy, breathwork, and spa treatments enhance relaxation and recovery.

6. What does a typical day look like?
A typical day will start with an early morning exercise session whether it be a Muay Thai class with one of our amazing Thai team members or a gym or circuit training session led by professional PT instructors.

After training a healthy breakfast if taken.

After eating and having time to digest we encourage a little down time this includes sauna steam and ice bath to aid muscle recovery and a little pool time if wanted.

Lunch with the other program members and mentors allows everyone to enjoy a bit of company and discussion on progress and enjoyment as well as elite networking.

After lunch 1-1 mentoring sessions are available or 1-1 coaching sessions if scheduled in.
3pm second 1-1 exercise session or 4pm class exercise session.

Evenings can be organised by RNR or for the individuals to choose to have their own time if so required. RNR advise that the evenings are best spent on wind down time by meditation and mindfulness, massage or floatation therapy and if evening mentoring or coaching sessions haven’t been attended this is also a good time.Can I have visitors during my stay?
While we discourage visitors, couples and groups are welcome as they promote team building.

7. What kind of accommodation is provided?
We offer various accommodations from intimate locations to luxurious resorts and private villas, all within the Soi environment.

8. How do you support dietary needs?
We cater to diverse dietary needs, offering Thai, Western, vegetarian, and vegan options, with dietitians and nutritionists available.

9. What is the cost of the program, and what does it include?
Program costs vary based on customization and accommodation. Basic packages start at £5,600, inclusive of accommodation.

10. Is financial aid or payment plans available?
We offer payment plans, with full payment due 14 days before attendance. Unfortunately, we do not provide financial aid at this time.

11. What kind of aftercare support do you offer?
Aftercare includes online coaching, mentoring, PT sessions, and check-in calls.

12. How do I know if this program is right for me?
Our programs suit anyone seeking healthy lifestyle changes or an active break. We combine various aspects to create a tailored experience.

13. Is airfare organized and included in the packages?
Airfare is not included, but we arrange airport transfers for all participants.

14. How is privacy and confidentiality handled?
We maintain client confidentiality unless legally required to disclose information or with explicit consent.

15. What are the visa requirements for international participants?
For 14- and 28-day programs, Thailand provides a 28-day visa on entry. Participants staying longer must obtain their own visa.

16. Can I continue working remotely while participating in the program?
Digital nomads can continue working, though adjustments may be needed due to the program schedule.

17. What recreational activities or amenities are available?
Our accommodations feature swimming pools and spas, with nearby options for temple visits, markets, beach trips, and water activities.

18. How is emergency medical care handled?
We have hospitals, clinics, and medical services nearby. Attendees must have their own health insurance.
